On behalf of VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS), we invite you to join us at our quarterly meeting of the Joint American Indian Veterans Advisory Council (JAIVAC) meeting on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, hosted by the Lummi Nation in Bellingham, WA.
Attached is our agenda for this meeting and minutes from our last meeting of May 2, 2018. Please note we will be starting this meeting at 9am, ending at 2pm, with a VAPSHCS Veterans Town Hall to follow from 3-5pm. We will need to vacate the room immediately at 2pm so staff can rearrange the seating for the town hall.

Guests will be able to make hotel reservations for the evening before the meeting, September 4th, by calling the toll free number, 1-866-383-0777, press 1 for hotel reservations. The block of rooms is under “JAIVAC/Lummi Veterans Quarterly Meeting”. The deadline for reserving rooms at the negotiated rate of $119 is August 20, 2018.
