Please note we will be starting this meeting at 9am, ending at 2pm, with a VAPSHCS Veterans Town Hall to follow from 3-5pm. We will need to vacate the room immediately at 2pm so staff can rearrange the seating for the town hall.
Directions are in the agenda. Location for the meeting and town hall: Silver Reef Hotel Casino, Tower Room, 4876 Haxton Way, Ferndale, WA, 98248. Guests will be able to make hotel reservations for the evening before the meeting, September 4th, by calling the toll free number, 1-866-383-0777, press 1 for hotel reservations. The block of rooms is under “JAIVAC/Lummi Veterans Quarterly Meeting”. The deadline for reserving rooms at the negotiated rate of $119 is August 20, 2018.
We will have a conference phone available for those who cannot attend in person, by dialing 1-800-767-1750, access code 98387#. The dial-up number and access code are also on the top of the agenda.
We will have a full agenda, so please be prompt, so we can start and end on time. We ask that you make room on your calendars to attend the entire meeting. Please respond to this email with a yes or no to your availability to attend. It is helpful to our hosts.
Thank you for your continued endorsement for the council and our Veterans. Your presence shows respect for our presenters and fosters a learning environment that is invaluable. This is your council.
